A Note on Our Process & Originality
Collaborative Brainstorming & Drafts: While I occasionally utilize generative AI tools as a collaborative brainstorming partner to help draft text, outlines, or initial conceptual layouts, every single physical artwork is entirely original and hand-crafted by me.
100% Hand-Crafted Art: The final piece you receive is never generated, printed, or manufactured by AI in any way, shape, or form. Every stroke of watercolor, layer of acrylic mixed media, and inked line is created by hand with professional-grade materials.

Deposits & Delivery: A 50% non-refundable deposit is required at the time of commissioning to secure your project slot and cover initial material preparations. The remaining balance, plus any shipping and handling costs, is due upon completion of the final artwork prior to dispatch.
Order Cancellations: Cancellations made within 7 days of commissioning will receive a full refund of any deposit paid, minus a $50 administrative fee; cancellations made after work has commenced or reference layouts have been approved are non-refundable.
Shipping & Tax Costs: Shipping fees are calculated based on the destination, dimensions, and weight of the completed artwork, and will be added to your final invoice prior to delivery. Applicable sales tax will be applied to all orders.
